Thoughts on the Profoto B2 kit for mainly studio shoots?
Hi Andrew, thanks for your question. We have some experience using the Profoto B2 kits. What we like most about them is their compact size and the ability to take anywhere with you. All depending on what you want to shoot in the studio these may work out for you but I keep your project rather small, like headshots or 3/4 shots . We find that working in a studio it’s always good to have plenty of batteries if your shooting wireless or using a system with a pack that you can plug into the wall, especially if your going to be shooting for an extended amount of time. You want want to look at the Flashpoint XPLOR 600 Pro series, they sell an AC adaptor attachment which converts a rechareable battery attachment to an actual wall plug for all day use. Check out the links below and hope this helps.
